[ESP not working ingame]

I tried that, it just repeatedly tells me to launch the game. And while I see the "fps" and "Spectator" options, my insert menu won't pull up my options.

It is. Ive tried both and nothing has worked

So I have the lifetime cheat. It installed fine, I ran the cheat and started the game like it said and I can see the menu perfectly. However, ESP and other options Im selecting aren't actually working. Any fix or reason why?
