[This is frustrating]

I have gotten these cheats to work before but now they won't even pop up when I press insert. I disable my antivirus and do as the rest of the instructions say, I always get an error message that says "it has failed to launch" along with another popup message saying that it was launched successfully.

I keep getting this "unable to execute" warning and it keeps leading me tab to the microsoft forums, I have my antivirus off so I'm confused why the cheats won't work
