I know this is 2 months old but just incase you're still curious. This is only based off an assumption but, RPS is Reads Per Second (as it says to the very right) and that is how many times the program "reads" from memory? Again I don't know, just assuming. FPS is Frames Per Second (as it says to the very right) and that is how often it draws the ESP onto your screen such as drawing the ESP for enemies X frames a second.
