I can't log on either. I get that 'hwid' message or 'authentication not -- something, don't remember. It's been like this for a week now. None of the support team has offered any help, so this is a giant waste of money and time. -
I found the change password page, I changed it. Now it works for the web page, here, but not when I try to start it. see attachment. The Red bar has also said 'authorization not verify'd' or something similar. Why did this suddenly start doing this? Gary Lancastter
